PCT Water Repellent Technology CC (registration no. 2008/263960/23), Unit 5 Bretts Avenue, Duncanville, Vereeniging, Gauteng 1939, South Africa, is the responsible party for personal information processed through this website under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPI Act”).

Customer details you provide at checkout: name, email address, phone number, and delivery address.
Order details: products, sizes, colours, quantities and order references.
Payment confirmation details received from our payment operator (we do not receive or store your card number).

To process, fulfil and deliver your order.
To communicate with you about your order.
To keep records required by law and to handle returns, disputes or queries.

5. Payment processing (operator)

Payments are processed by BobPay as our independent payment operator. Card details are entered on BobPay’s secure hosted payment page and are not captured on this website. PCT Water Repellent Technology CC is the seller of record and is responsible for fulfilment, delivery and disputes.

6. Storage and security

Your cart contents are stored only in your own browser (localStorage) on your device. Order information is recorded by us for order processing and record-keeping. We apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information in line with POPI Act section 19, and retain it only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, request the correction or deletion of your personal information, and object to its processing, by contacting our Information Officer. We will respond within a reasonable time in line with POPI Act sections 23–25.
