Orders are delivered nationwide in South Africa via Aramex standard courier, typically within 72 hours of dispatch.
A flat rate of R200.00 per order applies, regardless of order size. The delivery fee is shown in your order summary at checkout before payment.
Orders are dispatched within 72 hours after payment confirmation. Our courier (Aramex) operates on a 72-hour delivery policy — so most orders are delivered within 5–6 days of payment, and often sooner. Weekend and public-holiday dispatches may shift to the next working day.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
Deliveries to remote or outerlying areas may take longer than 72 hours. Where this applies, we will confirm the expected delivery time with you.
If an item is out of stock after you have ordered, we will contact you to arrange either a backorder, an alternative, or a refund of the affected items.
